By accessing or using the Unboxly platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service during our Private Beta phase, you acknowledge that the Service is provided "as is" for testing purposes.

2. Beta Disclaimer

Unboxly is currently in a Private Beta testing phase. Features may be added, removed, or modified at any time without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, the AI identification features may occasionally misidentify items. Users are encouraged to verify critical inventory data.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to physical inventory and storage management.

4. AI and Content Processing

Unboxly uses Artificial Intelligence (including Google Gemini) to analyze photos you upload. By using the service, you grant Unboxly a license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing and improving the inventory identification features. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

5. Limitation of Liability

Unboxly shall not be liable for any loss of physical items, damage to property, or loss of data resulting from the use of the Service. Our tool is designed for organization and reference; it is not a substitute for professional insurance or legal documentation of high-value assets.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service for any reason, including violation of these terms or during the conclusion of a beta testing period.
